Fenestrum provides a five-year warranty for its manufactured and installed products, during the period of validity of which the defects for which the company itself is responsible will be eliminated free of charge. If fenestrum specialists find that defects in the products are caused by improper maintenance or operation of the products, they will be disposed of for an additional fee, the amount of which will be determined by Fenestrum specialists after the visit. Fittings used in windows and doors are provided with a two-year manufacturer's warranty.
